Marketing Service Timelines
Marketing services offered by SuiteFinder will begin within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. These services include promoting salon suite availability, brand awareness campaigns, and enhancing visibility within target markets. SuiteFinder ensures prompt commencement to help operators and franchise partners achieve their growth goals efficiently.
Refund Policy
Platform Access
Due to the immediate nature of access to SuiteFinder’s platform features upon payment, subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
Leads and Marketing Services
- Leads: Refunds are not provided for leads delivered to salon suite owners. If leads are found to be invalid or unresponsive, SuiteFinder encourages operators to reach out to our support team for potential lead replacement or resolution on a case-by-case basis.
- Marketing Services: If a customer is dissatisfied with marketing services, they may request an evaluation from our support team within 7 days of service activation. SuiteFinder will assess the request and provide adjustments or credits at its sole discretion.
