We are a unique, beautiful and quaint spa collective with five rooms (one is a split-share), with everyone as their own business and own boss. We have a few room options available. 1. FULLY EQUIPPED WITH ALL YOU NEED FOR FACIALS. OR NOT! Multifunction machine (includes microdermabrasion, etc.), hydroblast hydrafacial machine, LED photofacial light therapy machine, microcurrent body toning and slimming machine. You provide your own supplies and linens and launder them yourself. If you don't need the equipment, the rent is lower! $800.00 with equipment, $700.00 without. May be negotiable. Blue room with white table in pictures. I WILL ALSO ALLOW A ROOMSHARE WITHOUT EQUIPMENT (other than cabinets, etc. if you want them) FOR $350.0O EACH - YOU COORDINATE YOUR SCHEDULES. 2. SPLIT ROOM SHARE – GREAT FOR PART TIME PRACTITIONER! Your own room in a two-room space – decorate however you like (grey room in pictures - decor is gone). Available all day Saturday, Sunday Monday and Tuesday! Two adjoining rooms – you have your own side and will be alone on the days you work! Other room worker (Chandra) is there Wednesday – Friday, so you can have it Saturday – Tuesday. Only $400.00 per month. May be negotiable. Grey room with black table and white storage blocks in pictures. The rooms are great for massage, facials, lashes, holistic healers, and any type of practitioner, really. We are a very quiet group with no BS or gossip. We do not accept walk-ins – my current tenants are all by appointment only. And it’s very quiet. So nice! We have a keyless door entry (coded) as well as a deadbolt. For late workers, this enables you to lock yourself in the collective while providing a treatment, and allows your next client to come in when given the door code. Due to the financial crisis, I am not requesting a deposit or last month’s rent.
